Pink Ribbon Soirée: An Evening with Alice + Olivia and Mumble Forum Celebrates Laura Stowers' Campaign for Breast Cancer Awareness

Last night, September 30th, the Pink Ribbon Soirée was held at the Alice + Olivia store in Mayfair, launching a powerful new campaign in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The event, hosted in partnership with Mumble Forum, celebrated artist Laura Stowers and her commitment to raising awareness about breast cancer through art and community engagement.

October marks the beginning of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and with approximately 55,000 women and 370 men diagnosed with breast cancer in the UK each year—equating to one diagnosis every 10 minutes—awareness and early detection have never been more critical. Alarmingly, nearly half of British women do not regularly check their breasts, underscoring the importance of initiatives like #LookAtYourBoobs.

The #LookAtYourBoobs 2025 campaign features seven new artworks designed for individuals to photograph, film, and share across social media, aiming to elevate awareness of breast health. In conjunction with the campaign, a collection of branded merchandise—including t-shirts, jumpers, hoodies, tote bags, mugs, and notebooks—has been launched today, with 100% of profits benefiting those affected by breast cancer. The soirée brought together an inspiring group of guests who share a commitment to supporting this vital cause, creating an evening filled with camaraderie and purpose. The event emphasized the collective effort needed to combat breast cancer and the importance of regular self-examinations.
