ELEVATE WELLNESS SUMMIT DOUBLES IN SIZE AS 800+ ATTENDEES GATHER FOR A DAY OF LONGEVITY, WOMEN'S HEALTH AND HUMAN PERFORMANCE

Mumble Forum's flagship wellness summit returns bigger than ever, cementing its position as one of London's leading wellness events.

London, UK – June 2026 – More than 800 attendees, 36 speakers, 16 panel discussions and 7 immersive wellness classes came together at Fulham Pier on Saturday for the second edition of ELEVATE by Mumble Forum, the wellness and innovation summit exploring the future of health, longevity and human performance.

Founded by entrepreneur and Mumble Forum founder Monique Hodgson, ELEVATE doubled in size from its inaugural event, bringing together leading experts, founders, clinicians, creators and wellness brands for a full day of education, connection and inspiration.

Across the summit, attendees explored some of the fastest-growing areas of modern wellbeing, including women's health, biohacking, longevity, gut health, nervous system regulation, AI-driven healthcare, cognitive performance and healthy ageing.

Highlights included keynote discussions featuring Poppy Delbridge, Coral Golding, Jennifer Hanway, Libi Roos, Mark Dini, Angela Foster, Rosie Nixon, Grace Fodor and many more of the industry's leading voices.

The event also saw the official launch of the ELEVATE Living Podcast, recorded live throughout the day and capturing expert insights, emerging wellness trends and conversations around the future of longevity and preventative health. The podcast will continue as a seasonal series, extending the ELEVATE community beyond the event itself.
