This March, we are thrilled to come together with The Mayfair Times for our annual Charity Gala celebrating women's achievements for International Women's month. This inspiring event has become a highlight of the London social calendar, selling out yearly. We are pleased to see several companies now recognising the tangible benefits of investing in women led businesses and female empowerment. This is why over International Women’s month, we invite you to join us in celebrating bold change makers, talking about the challenges and celebrating progress as we come together to amplify voices and solutions.
The Event
An evening dedicated to celebrating our community while feeling inspired by our VIP guest speakers. We can’t wait to reveal our speakers who will be joining forces with Mumble amplifying voices to change the narrative for women across the globe.
The campaign theme for International Women's Day 2024 is Inspire Inclusion. When we inspire others to understand and value women's inclusion, we forge a better world. And when women themselves are inspired to be included, there's a sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment.
Past years have seen tremendous energy in the room, guests remarking on the galvanizing spirit of solidarity. The evening will bring together incredible artists such as Friederike Krum, an award-winning Mezzo Soprano and progress on the dancefloor with a DJ set by renowned broadcaster Pips Taylor. We can’t wait to welcome you for our black-tie Charity gala. Secure your place today by booking your ticket.
“When women rise, humanity rises. When your surrounded by people who share a collective passion and purpose anything is possible, we can’t wait to welcome you to this unique evening celebrating sisterhood”
~ Monique Hodgson,
Founder and CEO of Mumble Forum
The Location
This year we have joined forces with The Apollo’s Muse, the world’s most exclusive private members’ club and location for our much-anticipated event of the year. Rivalling some of the world’s top museums and galleries, our guests can marvel at a series of priceless antiquities, floor-to-ceiling marble, and gold galore, while networking and enjoying delectable appetisers and drinks.
The Charity
Since the beginning during the Bosnian War in 1993, Women for Women International has reached over 550 thousand marginalised women in 17 conflict-affected countries, offering them much needed help and support. Women for Women International is a charity that helps women survivors of war rebuild their lives.
We kindly invite everyone aligned with our ethos to join forces, celebrate IWD, and contribute to make this event an even bigger success, helping us fundraise to support Women for Women International UK through our luxury raffle and direct pledges on the night.
‘We’re delighted to be partnering with Mumble Forum for its annual IWD charity gala – celebrating the contribution that women make to all aspects of society. Mayfair Times constantly puts the spotlight on women who either stand at the top of their sectors or are on the way there. It’s so important to continue to recognise women who are smashing the glass ceiling in a still unequal world.”.’’
